In order to schedule a photo shoot, pick a package and reserve an available date online. All of the available dates and times are listed online. The spots are limited, so reserve your spot ASAP. A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to book your session. The best time to book is 1-2 hours prior to sunset time. Once you book, you will be locked into the calendar and receive a confirmation email.

Next, you will receive an email with all the details on how to plan your session. You will get access to a very detailed posing guide, style guide and a list of the best shooting locations in Washington state. Also, I will provide you with a list of the best local professional makeup artists and hairstylists that have worked with numerous clients of mine. On top of that, you will receive a list of more than 50 trendy stores that you can shop at for your shoot as well as an access to Pinterest style board with all of the latest trends.

I will personally reach out to you via text message, so we can discuss all of the details of your session. We will pick out a perfect location to match all of your outfits, make sure you are booked with a makeup artist (optional) on the date of your shoot and answer all of your questions in order for you to feel fully prepared. You are always welcome to ask for my opinion on the outfits, but you are not required to. It always helps to ask, just to make sure it will look good on photos. Also, do not forget to look up your school’s yearbook guidelines in order to make sure your outfit and poses match the requirements and are school appropriate, if you want to use your photos for yearbook.

Next, you will receive a detailed Photography Contract. Read through it, get it signed and email it back to me. This contract is a very important legal document that must be signed by you or your guardian, if you are under 18 years old.

Next, you will pick your favorite photos that you purchased with your package by clicking on a star in your gallery. Once you click on a star, it will be saved in the system. You can click and un-click the star, if you change your mind. You can also purchase additional photos as well. The review gallery will stay up for 6 months after your shoot.

YEY! You will receive your final fully retouched images as well as your re-sized yearbook photo. Bonus: if your yearbook deadline is coming up, I will deliver it to you ASAP, so you won’t miss out on your deadline and email you the rest of the photos later. My goal is for you to stress as less as possible and get the yearbook deadline out of the way. If you want me to submit your yearbook photo for you, ask me directly and send me your school’s submission requirements.
