What if it rains?
Washington state is notorious for its rainy weather. The best part about scheduling with me is that you can re-schedule your shoot for FREE, if it rains on the day of your shoot. I always check weather 2-3 days prior to the shoot, and you can re-schedule if you do not want to risk it. Rain messes hair and makeup, which is why I highly recommend to not shoot in the rain.

Why deposit is non-refundable?
The deposit is non-refundable, because I offer a limited number of spots. Once you reserve the date of your shoot, no one else is able to take it. Also, I provide a lot of information and materials that you purchase with the deposit in order for you to prepare for your shoot. Once you receive these materials and get locked in into my calendar, you can not get a refund of the deposit.

Can I bring pets to my shoot?
I love meeting and shooting with your pets! It is completely fine to bring your pet to the shoot, as long as they are allowed at the location of your shoot. If they are not, we can always get a cute shot near that location and figure something out. View photos with pets here.

How many people can I bring to my shoot?
You can bring up to 5 people to your shoot if you want them to share this experience with you and cheer you on. However, make sure they are not distracting you from posing and you feel 100% comfortable with everyone watching you during the shoot.

How far do you travel for shoots?
Majority of locations I shoot at are within 30 miles of Snohomish, WA. This area has a great variety in locations including rustic, waterfront, flower and urban backgrounds. With LUXE package, I am available to travel within 100 miles of Snohomish, WA. Only with LUXE package you can shoot at locations like La Push Beach and Mount Rainier National Park.

Is it necessarily to get my makeup done professionally?
I highly recommend getting your makeup done professionally. If you want to look natural, just ask for a natural look to enhance your features. Majority of my clients get their makeup done professionally, although it is optional. Professional makeup artists will match your skin tone perfectly, and even leave your natural freckles seen at the same time.
